Account Deletion Process

If you wish to delete your Gexipay account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Gexipay mobile app.
2. Navigate to Profile page > Delete Account.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the account deletion

Your account data and information will completely be deleted from our database after 6 months for security reasons.
